Beauty by Sanchia is a home salon. There is no reception or waiting area so please try to arrive on time as if the weather is not so good you may have to wait outside. If I am early I will always txt to let your know I am free. The salon is down the shared drive so please be respectful of my neighbour. You may not drive down this drive. Please park on the main road and walk down the drive to the salon. There is a toilet in the main house but this can be a bit time consuming to use, and eat into your treatment time, so if you can be prepared that would be great thank you but no problem if we get caught short 😉.

Cancellation Policy

A 50% non refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment, this is deducted from the service price on the day of your booking. This must be paid no later than 7 days before your appointment.

With at least 48hrs notice your appointment can be rescheduled at no charge. Any movement after this notice period will result in the book fee being lost and to secure a new appointment a new booking fee must be paid.

Cancellation or No shows on the day of your appointment require 100% payment of the booking before another appointment will be made.

Appointments can be moved 3 times before the booking fee is lost.
